For ALL Courses:

We do not offer course refunds. All course fees may be applied to a future course date within 6 months. Failure to reschedule a course date within 6 months will result in a forfeit of your course fee.

For Advanced Courses (PALS/ACLS):

There is a $75.00 Reschedule fee applied if cancellations/rescheduling within two weeks of the course date.

For Heartcode Skills Training (PALS/ACLS):

There is a $25.00 Reschedule fee applied if cancellations/rescheduling within two weeks of the course date.
