We offer the Heartsaver/First Aid Instructor Course on an as needed basis. The course is held at the Health Education Strategies Training Site. Click on "Maps" link to the left of the screen to view a map.

Pre-Requisites:

• Current AHA Heartsaver CPR card (include one copy, front & back of card, with registration)
• Current AHA First Aid Provider card (include one copy, front & back of card, with registration) OR be a licensed Healthcare Professional (RN, EMT-P, MD etc.)
• Or Current AHA Heartsaver First Aid-CPR-AED certification card (include one copy, front & back of card, with registration)
• Advance studying of the American Heart Association Instructor Manual

Post-Requisites:

• Student is required to attend/teach two 4-hour sessions within 60 days of the Instructor Course.
• Instructors must affiliate with an AHA Approved Community Training Center
